LA is one big city. We have a huge economy with the international airport here and not forgetting Hollywood and the movie industry. We spend lots of cash for lots of things... but who woulda thought about taking an advantage to our underground network???

The first L.A. discounting tribe which gives people a chance to help one another. In this tribe, you will post threads about discounts you can get for people, whether it is thru an employee's benefits, or thru connections from others. But remember, you have to be willing to help out the person who wishes to receive the discount.

i.e. I work at REI and can get 40-50% off on REI products. Tell me if you wish to get something from there and we could meet up sometime, or you can pick it up from my apt. It would be better if you paid when i get you the stuff.
